    Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  2. Hygiene Policy
    For hygiene reasons, used or opened brushes are not eligible for return, unless they are defective.

  3. Non-Returnable Items
    Items purchased on sale, gifts, or bazar items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defects.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items
    You must notify us within 30 days of delivery. Please provide your order number (photos are encouraged) to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

  6. Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.

  7. Refund Processing
    Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days.

    We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the eligible item and place a new order.
